THE STUDIO

We are located in Pitt Meadows on a small piece of country property . The studio is a dedicated building to Lash Freak. This is home to my family. We have been here since1987.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

If you don't absolutely love your lashes, we will make it right... guaranteed!

We want every client to have the absolute best experience with their new lashes. Should you not love your new lashes for whatever reason, please contact us by phone within 3 business days of your appointment and we will be happy to have a follow up appointment with you, free of charge to resolve any issues.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your appointment please do so more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.

If cancelled within 48 hours, a fee of 50% of the appointment value will be charged.

If cancelled within 5 hours (or no-shows), clients will be charged the full 100% of the appointment value, as we are rarely able to fill the spot with such short notice.

If more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction. Clients arriving 15 minutes late will be rescheduled and cancelation fee is charged and must be paid in order to rebook.

RESTRICTIONS

As lash technicians, we need to deal with lash issues promptly in order to analyze shed patterns, or other concerns and come up with a plan to correct and resolve any issues so they don't continue.

Lash Freak must be notified within 3 business days of your appointment if there are any concerns with your lashes . After 3 business days, complimentary fix appointments are no longer available.
Complimentary fix appointments must be completed within 5 days of the original date of your appointment.
24 hour cancellation policy is applicable to fix appointments. If a fix appointment is no-showed or cancelled within 24 hours, client will no longer be eligible for a complimentary appointment, and will have to pay for a fill as usual.

EXTERNAL FILL POLICY / FOREIN FILL

We do accept clients that have had their lash extensions done at a different salon. However we do charge an additional fee. Ranging from $10-$20 or a removal and new set.
